limerick, weet jij er één?

Er was eens een hond in oude tonge
die was met behangen alvast begonne
zijn baas die was woest
kwam van verre uit soest
hij had zijn laatste liedje gezonge

Er was eens een koe uit hoogeveen
die had last van een ingegroeide teen
de boer kreeg toen kure
en gaf de koe alure
daarna kon de koe weer heen

er woonde een kip in den bommel
die hoorde in zijn hok gestommel
hij was heel erg bang
maar pa die was lang
en bezorgde de haan een schommel.

Een deftige dame uit Londen,
verloor met een boottocht 3 ponden.
Ze riep: 'Oh James,

oooo ik heb honderden lord of the rings/ harry potter limmericks... we, eamane en ik, hebben zelfs een driedelig lotr limmmmzenboek gemaakt.

dit is er eentje voor een limmmzzzen boek voor oktober 2006, de enige die ik hier op werk heb momenteel xcusez moi o en nog meer excuses moi voor de heeel vele typfoutjes, die gaan er bij de final check wel uit... het moet een boekwerkje worden namelijk

In the basecamp is our Sherpa Mark b lee

At the basecamp of ringcon there was marc b lee
with his hints and jokes teasing everybody
but for his forumbehaviour we are to punish marc
we shall throw him in de kwark (mogen ze zelf gaan vertalen)

Ariving at the basecamp of ringcon there were many many fans
coming from the islands, from cities and from glens
So everybody had to move forward to the first camp.
This was such a happy sight, with new geuststars ariving every night
And in the basecamp on ringcon there was Marc b lee

And the second camp of ringcon was a feast
2500 people arrived at least
to celebrate the fandom of the ring
of wild fans and of mordor we sing
We watch the firedancers from the east

And all the guestst that arrived to the first camp every night every night
We shall not chase or cause any fright
Those are the times of splendour with parties and bands
We'll stamp our feet and clap our hands
And in the basecamp on ringcon there was Marc b lee, right?

And the third camp of ringcon many panels we attend
And listen to the bands with music heaven send
We do workshops and shop around
All over the place we here the happy sound
of creatures, hobbits, elves and dwarves at the ringconweekend

We now could all see our goal, the highest top
hungry we all run back to the basecamp and the pretzel shop
and standing in the line to pass the test
we triomph and eat our ovenbaked potatoes at last
And prepare for the upcoming days were no one is the Bob

D'r was eens een man in Corneille,
die stond daar om 8 uur te vrije,
en iedere dag, om kwart voor ach
stond hij zn condoompje te breie
