Tonight is our first night on Mare Stare. Our mare is Cute Charlie, a TB by Indian Charlie. Sire of the foal is our Dutch Warmblood stallion, owned by Kate Levy, "Sampson". Charlie is 7 and has had one previous foal as a recipient. This is her own and Sampson's foal. Thank everyone for helping me watch. She is nearly 3 weeks late. Has had white milk for 3 days and is 5 squares on the foal predictor of all of them. Not that it means a lot. Light wax and nerves of steel. Regards to all,

Uitgerekende datum: 2 maart...
I got a call from a lady today to tell me she saw poor Xena fall asleep and her legs buckled and she fell down....I am pretty worried about her....her milk tester showed all 5 test blocks changed to red....she is so uncomfortable!!
Thanks again for watching and your calls....call anytime ....if you see anything at all out of the ordinary...I do not mind being bothered!!

Wat ik nu zie is dat ze die merrie aan het borstelen is.
Maar zie ook regelmatig mensen de merrie een beetje melken, omdat ze dan weer kunnen testen hoe dichtbij de bevalling is d.m.v. melk.

Ook wel een leuke/interessante cam. Merrie en ezel, beide ong. uitgerekend. Merrie is de vorige keer staand bevallen, en zal dus lastiger laten blijken dat ze gaat bevallen.:

Trouble's pH is now testing just a bit lighter than the 6.8 square but darker than 6.4. HOWEVER, this may mean nothing but tonight her vulva is incredibly swollen and dark deep red inside....
