Nog een update kunnen vinden. Cat

****UPDATE 1/15 ***** Ok - I was up most of the night with her last night. She is showing more and more aggitation now. She is fuller than full of milk and it is down into her teats now too. No wax yet - but I feel we will have it in the next day or so. All the mares are in today as we are really cold (well at least for Texas!) We are only in the 30's and wind chill in the teens. I would really prefer her to at least til tomorrow night - but we will see. I'll update tonight if any other changes. Thanks for all the eyes!!!

Shirley staat rustig, Moka was net wat rondjes aan het lopen, maar staat nu ook weer rustig. Wel hippen er allerlei kleine vogeltjes rond in haar stal.

whahh kan ik niet doen.. ik denk dat het ook vannacht gaat gebeuren.. hoop toch echt dat het morgenochtend gaat worden.. kan ik het tenminste zien..

Nu stond ze net weer even te wiebelen...
Vue kan jij ook zien of ze weeen heeft.. ?? Of zal het aan de camera liggen??

Moka staat bij mij weer in haar hoekje.
Ik denk niet dat ze weeen heeft, daar staat ze te relaxed voor...
Als ik weeën spot bel ik de eigenaar en sla ik low alert.

Update :

Fields Quarter Horses ( Tess & Ella) schreef:
Ella is on Cam 1 & 2. She is due this weekend and has become extremely uncomfortable the last few days. Her tail head is extremely soft with no muscle tone. Her muscling has really dropped off her topline, too. The foal has become quiet as he/she is running out of room. Her milk Calcium is testing nearly 250ppu and her PH is testing just above 7.2. Changes from yesterday!!! Her vulva has softened, relaxed, and elongated. She waxed a few days ago but it is not heavy wax at this point. She has been taking a nap every evening between 9-10pm so we will see if that continues to be a routine for her.

Tess is a maiden mare on Cams 3 & 4. She is also due this weekend. She has been agitated for a day or so. We've been handling her udder daily- several times a day recently but she is nervous and uncomfortable with it. We will attempt tonight to retrieve milk (although her udder is small even for a maiden) and see what the test says.

We are having record cold here tonight- as is much of the country! so we would be VERY thankful for the extra watchful eyes tonight. We are looking forward to sharing their deliveries with you- just hope it is not on a night that is 4 below!
