Ik vind die bonte echt heel geirriteerd af en toe..
Die mag haar veulen wel krijgen dit is ze volgens mij wel zat..

Ik ga naar beneden..
En ik kijk niet maar die bonte mag haar veulen krijge vanacht..

ja ik had ook verwacht dat ze vanmorgen een veulen zou hebben, maar ze heeft braaf op mij geacht Haha!

De rest mag morgen tussen 8 en 10 een veulen krijgen.. en dan na 4re (A)
Ik ben niet kieskeurig.. maar dat komt me beter uit Tong uitsteken

Missy heeft echt een duidelijke cam.Ik heb afgelopen jaar met veel plzier naar haar gekeken en de bevalling heb ik toen voor mijn werk gezin.
Het verbaast mij inderdaad ook erg dat Solano nog geen veulen heeft,ik vind het slijm maar een vreemd iets hoor.Als het mijn paard zal zijn,zal ik toch een beetje zenuwachtig worden.

ja missy heb ik vorig jaar ook gezien... kreeg ze toen geen vosje?????
was haar eerste veulen vorig jaar en ze deed het prima

Bev heeft contact met de dierenarts dus solano is in goede handen Knipoog

UPDATE SOLANO

Well it is now raining but they say it will go to snow over night. Now that should get Solano moving.
I don't see anything new on Soalno tonight. So we wait and see with her tonight. I do go back out at 9:00 PM to clean and check them so i will update again at that time.
Lana and Maureen want to eat tonight Yep we be having BBQ ribs tonight. And yep made my Bev.

Well she only has a very small wax on one side. So it is still a wait and see with her. And nope tail wasn't wet Vic LOL

Update Starlight Ranch:
Well just to see where Midnight was we did a milk test on her tonight. It says only a 10% chance and with no sign of wax I'd have to agree with the test.

Missy has regressed so did not milk test her. She is uncomfortable but some of it is her foot that is hurting. We took off the bandage so we can soak her nightly incase it is an absess. She has some swelling at the hock but no warmth.

Other than the girls getting more and more uncomfortable we still have a ways to go before either of them foals. Like we mentioned we really want to get Midnight to 325 days which is on the 18th. She is a mare that normally foals early so that is not a worry for us. But we would like the foal to have the best chance possible and that means for it to wait a few more days.

Update Missy {Harpole Farm}:
Well, I was just thinking, if Missy wanted to be a good pony (I call all horses ponies, even Missy, standing 16.1!) she would hurry up and have that baby. Like she will listen to me?! She didn't seem much different today, she didn't seem eager to be around the herd this evening, which is very rare, she is the top dog. But what I mean by different, is her bag, no wax and I would like to she here teats fill just a bit more. Last year she wax for like three days, and her teats didn't fill till the baby actually came out! Talk about procrastinating! There is not much I can do, just wait and watch.... Fun right? Anyways, all the other horses are great, they don't seem as excited about Missy pregnancy as I am though... hmm, wonder why? lol.

Update Sawyer Creek Appaloosas:
Rose and her baby run like deer in the arena now. The colt spins and gallops like a race horse making Rose scold him as she tries to keep up with him. He already follows her very well and seems very curious and aware of everything around him. This is a very smart colt.
Brooke continues to be rather uncomfortable but no further change was noted in her teat development. John and I both think she is quite a bit looser at the tail head. That doesn't necessarily mean that she will go soon however. We continue to monitor her well from the house. She is due after all, in just a week.
Ruby is starting to make a small bag as well. She is due in about 30 days and Bonnie also has a small bag but she's not due till the 17th. Bonnie is a maiden, Ruby is not. I suspect Bonnie will go a tad early. Ruby will probably be close to on time.
It's an exciting year. I'm so glad I'm getting this time to enjoy Rose's young man in this warmer weather. Colder weather and snow is to move in next week. Oh well..it was great while it lasted and spring will be here in a flash. There is just something about foalings that make the winter go by quickly and so much more enjoyably.

Nouja ik vind de zwarte/bruine (Georgia of Solano) op de cam van kb hilltop (cam 2) zeer geirriteerd, schoppen met dr achterbenen richting buik, oren plat in de nek...die wil dr veulie wel kwijt Tong uitsteken

Goeiemorgen hier.
Ik zie dat Solano weer in rust is en lekker ligt. Hoop maar dat het zo blijft, want ik ga nu maar is even 4 uurtjes naar school. Snel met de auto dus hopen dat ze in die 4 uurtjes niet gaat veulenen.
