No real changes with Allie, vet was here all day.
Said 'yep shes pregnant' and said it could be anytime tonight , or 2 weeks.
Shes a maiden so we donnnnnnnt really know...
We never know with these girls!

She is officially 351 days, as of midnight tonight (3 more hours here...)

We have a tiny bag, slightly more relaxed wooha...
She is a bit less cranky after spending the days outside, so I think for now we'll stick with that.
Also with the wraps on just at night... since she never seems to give her feet a rest...

So for now we just continue waiting on Allie...
Could be anyyyyyyyyyy minute!

Ok, Update on Sat. March 7th, almost 10pm.
Her udder is even fuller tonight...When I brought her in she was looking like a Mack Truck had hit her... She was dragging herself along just to get to her stall...
She has not finished any of her meals today..She has left some each time...Her tail head has softened somemore.. She is really tired and miserable.
She is lifting her tail away from her body even more and she is now sometimes holding it off to the side... She is still dancing on her back feet...She is loving being brushed, but doesn't necessarily want to be touched...If that makes sense...She is giving me the evil eye if I push around by her tail..I can see in her eyes now that she is wondering what the heck is going on with her....
So she may not make it till her due date...

Cams 1 & 2...Joanie, due 3/2/9 (she's at 347 today). Joanie is waxed, her tail is soft, and her vulva is relaxed and darkening. Keep a close eye on this one.

Cam 3...Dani, does not look likely to foal tonight but do not let that fool you. She was a sneak with her maiden foal in 2008 and her calcium tests ready. She has milk, and we are not clear if she will wax or not this year?

Cam 4...Sissy and Sam (born 3/6/9). Sam was diagnosed is a slight case of maladjustment foal syndrome (dummy foal) this morning. You may have seen him receive a catheter, IV DMSO, and treatment from the vet. He has responded remarkably and got to try out his legs in a romp outside earlier today. He is quite the character and is beautiful. Chevy is very proud to call him "son". He will be hanging out on camera for one more night- and moving to the Nursery barn tomorrow.

my computer guru is home but she couldn't get my camera program to work on this tower either so she fixing my tower. you can literally feel the foal now & see all the lumps & bumps from it. her utter is progressing nicely now the largest are of growth is in the milk veins directly in front of her utter. it has gotten very thick. Both lee & becky checked her yesterday & agree if its not a foal she has the largest tumor we've seen..lol hope she shows it soon.
