Ik heb haar ook aanstaan, flanken zijn ingevallen en banden zijn spoorloos zo te zien,ben benieuwd of ik deze weer eens mee ga krijgen

Er staat er weer een op springen! (lijkt wel een hangbuikzwijntje, maar is toch echt een poownie)

Stormi's udder has gone down a bit through the day, but she has still been pretty uncomfortable, and her hoohoo is VERY relaxed now.
I have already cleaned two tiny loose poops out of her stable in the short time she has been in there, and she is butt scratching now. Fingers crossed she foals tonight so the little darling can feel more comfortable.

She is in a different stable tonight as the foal alarm wont work in the other stable.

. Ze heft net heel lang gelegen, nu onrustig heen en weer aan het lopen. Veel staart omhoog

Dat gaat idd niet lang meer duren.
Ze staat duidelijk in een half open stal; zo te zien aan haar manen waait het behoorlijk daar.

Stormi is erg onrustig, met haar staart opgeheven, maar ik denk dat er buiten iets gebeurt.

Nog geen veulie en Stormi oogt redelijk op haar gemak. Camera is iets verhangen, dus we hebben nu iets beter overzicht over de box.
Ik zie trouwens nu pas dat dit in Australie is :o?

. Dacht ik nog: wat een laat veulen. Waarschijnlijk dus een van de eerste veulentjes van het (voor)jaar?

Ik wilde vanmorgen ook kijken maar toen deed de camera het niet. Nu dus wel. gelukkig niet gemist maar ben vanavond weg dus ze moet het nog even ophouden. Leuk weer veulen staren.
Kijk, het begin van de veulens in australie, zo helpt men je de winter door haha

Stormi is bevallen van een merrieveulen

So sorry about the camera everyone, i cant work out why it wont work now =( Ive replaced the plug, but obviously that isnt the problem! Ahh

Yes, we have a beautiful little silver dapple pinto filly. She is 17" tall. So tiny
She is obviously by a different stallion than expected though, as neither are pinto LOL Suprise!

Birth was relatively uneventful, she had a leg back, but i got that fixed and out she came So relieved she is here safe and sound. She is up, and had her first drink. Now for a poop...

De Starlight merrie's zijn al op de cam te volgen!!!!

Starlight Ranch has two mares due early 2010!!! So excited and can hardly stand the wait!!!!

Tea due January 10, 2010, Maddie due February 3, 2010 and our daughter is due February 22, 2010 with our first grand baby and it is a boy!!!!!

The girls won't be in there stalls all the time until close to the middle of November. But if the weather gets bad like it is tonight then they will be brought in.
