It sounds like Stillwater Vet in Minnesota is gonna work with us...Janet said he is willing to help in anyway possible...So right now...we are planning the trip for tonight...So if Harley and Missy are gone out of the stall tonight...you all will know why. We cant thank you all enough for all your support..Its greatly appreciated.Bonnie....Janet told me what you offered to do.....you are an amazing person for offering to come and get Missy and Harley and haul them to a vet...we are seeing if we can get a friends trailer that will accomidate Missy, Harley, Janet, and I all in the trailer as we cant have Missy stepping on him...Its about a 3 hour drive....If it werent for you all...we would not be where we are at today....today was another day in he#$ with the vets...we got turned down by them all...none willing to want to deal with a premature foal...but after a long day of crying some more and getting very pi$$ed....and alot of hate and anger...we finally have a vet willing to work with Harley...also two others that are a bit further away that are also willing to take him on...Thank you all so much once again...as soon as I know more...I will update...along with our departure time.

hmmm das balen voor je.. ga je het nog een keer proberen???
ik heb zelf 4 juli scannen... voor de tweede keer. hierna probeer ik het nog 1 keer al het dan niet wat is.. dan kap ik er mee.. heb er in ieder geval al 1 drachtig.

ja we gaan het nog een keer proberen...

alleen weet ik niet wat ik moet, of ik laat haar daar staan (weer ze is er al 7 weken) of halen der nu wel naar huis... wat raden jullie aan??

en vraag me af of het wel verstandig is om weer dezelfde hengst tegebruiken.... wand word idd steeds later....

jah dat kan ik je niet zeggen. Ik werk met KI en mijn pony was gewoon in 1 keer drachtig. Paard echter niet. Als de hengst verder een goed drachtigheids percentage heeft dan zal het daar waarschijnlijk niet aan liggen.. Maar goed ben niet een hele grote kenner wat dat betreft... dus ik zou het je niet kunnen zeggen.

ja idd iedereen w8 op coppertje omdat de rest van de merries ook rustig zijn....
en copper is volgens mij echt voor iedereen wel de merrie die iedereen wil zien bevallen en helaas voor mij ken ik ook niet op de meeting komen helaas....

Im sorry that I have to tell you all this....Harley is going to be crossing the rainbow bridge....The vets down there Xrayed him and he is missing about 2 inches of bone in both back legs...it really cant be fixable and if it was he would not have a good quality of life...so she has decided to have him euthenized....Harley has fought this battle and fought it hard...but its time for him to go run free...the vets said even if we did try and fix it...he would never be able to run and play like a horse. I am so sorry...Janet told me to make sure to tell you all thank you so much for all you have done...We got the news that none of us wanted to hear but we all knew this was a possiblity...As for Missy...Missy is doing ok....they have her alot of med to help her with the pain...they will be loading her up soon to bring her home.
I am so sorry you guys...we all tried so hard but I am so thankful that the University Of Wisconsin-Madison took the time to XRay him and tell us what could and could not be done. Janet will not be posting tonight as this is sooo hard for her...Thank you all again for all you have done...you dont know how much Janet appreciates it.
