Oké, de updates!

Sunday - Founder Rehab - 28 jaar oud
Miss Sunday certainly isn't listening to anything *we* have to say about delivery Her milk is still clear, which would seem to indicate she's still got some time to go. I've given up trying to predict!

We sure do appreciate every one watching and calling... unfortunately its back to work tomorrow.... so we'll need watching. There will be someone on site (our ranch hand, Jesus) but I want to be here!

Wow - I cannot believe she still hasn't had it! I think she is trying to set a record for holding the foal!! With those measurements she has got to go any minute!! Should I be worried? Need to go for now but will be back! I'll keep you updated. Thanks ladies! : )

Urenski - Maddis Friesian Ranch
Cam 1 is Urenski...she is due the 14th, but from the milk calcium test, she is likely to foal within 48 hours....she is breed to Wander....she has been bred to him for 4 years and has had 4 1st premies! We have one of her daughters, Uniek, who is going to a keuring as an adult this year....Urenski is huge!! she has big babies...but she's bigger than last year!! She's a sweetie. Tonight my Granddaugher, Maddi and I, brushed her and checked her milk....looking good...

I can't commit to calling, because I'll be running to the barn....she rubbed off her 'foal alert' right after we put it on.....I think we're just going to do a good old fashion foal watch...and marestare, of course. she's had several babies and last year most of my girls foaled within a few minutes! I only hope I'm so lucky this year. I took the foaling class at CSU, and am more prepared for emergencies (and, also more anxious of course Urenski is a big girl, but the foal looks gigantic! Making me nervous...
I will post the calcium milk test. I only have the predict-a-foal, which doesn't give the ppm, but I've ordered the ppm indication test...should be here tues. or wed....I closed her outside door because it was really windy and chilly...a cold front just passed and it's getting down into the low 20s tonight...then high 20s then back into the (lows) of thirties. She was bumping her butt last night...not just itching but a real bang...several of my girls, but not all of them, did the same last year. We have the cameras recording, so I'll put a link to the birth....

Jeetje wat erg van het veulen van DoSi. Wat een ellende hebben die mensen al meegemaakt zeg....vreselijk!!! Leef erg met hun mee :(:)

She is really close ... I am sure we will have a foal within the next 48 hours.

We will see ... maybe she is fooling us, but has been urinating (or attempting to urinate) frequently, pacing her stall, and standing roached backed. No sooner do I post it and she resumes the position.
