De laatste update was dat ze eerst dachten dat het veulen snel zou komen, Augusta wilde al vroeg weer naar binnen en ze was erg onrustig
Op stal werd ze weer rustig.
Ze kegelt nog niet en de melk was eerder al wit maar later weer doorzichtig.

NIks hoop ik.

Maar ik bedoel bezorgd als in ze gaat (logisch) elke keer kijken en proberen te voelen en aaien enzo. alleen gussie lijkt mij eerder het type van niemand te zien oke nu..1,2...3 (al gaat dat dus ook niet op)

Update Lacey & Bree

Maybe we ought to place bets who will foal first, you know who ever we guess will make us a liar and tell the other one to go first!!

Both girls are bagged up really nice, Lacey has small beads on the ends of her teats, they have been there a few days, tonight she has one that has it just a little heavier than the other....Hum!! Snow coming in, moon is changing, and Lacey....will drive us all nuts.

I still think Bree has a few days, she is bagged up, but both nipples are touching, when they start to drop and fill, I'm sure she will go pretty fast.

We are under a Winter Storm Watch tonight and tomorrow now. Seems Old Man Winter has decided to come and visit once again.

Hmm ik zit alweer anderhalf uur af en toe naar augusta te kijken. Mensen daar verwachten er vanaalles van, maar paard vind stro veeeel interessanter...

EVENING UPDATE - Jennie's pretty much the same as last night.
She's real soft in the back, her bag is full - no wax, and her poop is pretty soft. BUT, she's got some REAL LOUD tummy growling going on, REAL LOUD!! Also her stall was open all day to a beautifully sunny day and she WOULDN'T LEAVE HER STALL.

So we'll be here watching her pretty close. I'll keep changing the camera channel depending on where she is and I'll be on the computer too.

So happy watching. There should be a miracle soon.

Update Amy & Robin:
The girls haven't shown much change since this morning. But, you never know. Showtime usually isn't until around 8pm or so. You've got an hour to get the dishes done and put the kids to bed. Pop some popcorn and enjoy the entertainment.

I'll be watching my mares and Darla's Jenni. Poor thing has to go soon, she's almost a full year.

Update Augusta:
Well no huge changes. Gussie is getting occasionalyl painful so I'm hoping the baby is continueing to flip. her milk is still light opaque but very sticky. No wax but teats are full. (And very grumpy to have them touched as you all saw!)
I have a feeling when it happens it may go quick.
Honestly have no clue how quick it's gonna happen though. She could suddenly lay down and start or it could be early tommorrow am. Sigh.........
guess I'll make a cup of tea and find a movie to watch.

I give up. I am so tired I'm afraid I'll fall asleep really hard. SO my air bed is set up in the aisle so that way I can hear her if she starts to get restless and therebye maybe I can relax enough to get some naps in.
Now whenever I do this it means either she will go in the next 15 minutes (since I went to all this trouble) or she won't go at all. ....

So glad I got that new duvet cover for the bedspread. the French provincial pattern goes so well with aisle floor grey.
So if Gussie goes down and looks anxious trust me I am here but I won't open the door to go in unless I need to. So you won't see me but I'm just 5 feet away.

OH There's no FOAL in the stall.......
yeah well we are definately on our way. Gussie leaked a bit of milk down her leg from that last nap. She's just thinking about waxing now. I've been watching her hind legs stock up very fast since earlier this evening. You can just see her abdominals contracting a bit. Still those rotational contractions though, not expulsive ones. But we are making progress.

Boy is sleeping on an air mattress on ice cold concrete unpleasant. Have now layed some horse blankets under me, hopefully that will keep the chll out.
Bristol, the cute orange and white fluffy cat you keep seeing, is thrilled that he has someone to cuddle with. Mr Mouse Breath is having a great time climbing on top of my head on the pillow.

sometme by daybreak or thereabouts we're gonna have a baby.

Update Ginger:
Ginger has not changed much in the last couple of days. She is still waxing and having a reddish discharge. I think that she is waiting for a colder day!!.
This is her first foal, so who knows what will happen and when!! Enjoy watching!!

Update Fixation:
Fixation has waxed today (Thursday), so she could foal tonight. But her bag is still not filled up very much, so It might be this weekend some time, who knows.... Taylor (I stayed up late last night too, a what her to hury up!)

Ik ga eerst de updates zoeken, dan ga ik paarden voeren, buiten zetten en uitmesten en in de tussentijd mag iemand anders vertalen.
Heb helaas geen tijd om de hele dag achter de pc te zitten. Vanavond misschien weer.
Overdag heb ik soms wel tijd om cams aan te hebben en af en toe op bokt bij te lezen maar helaas heb ik ook nog andere dingen op de pc te doen dan bokken en cams kijken...

Well, she is progressing. She is filling in her bag as normal to the size of a milk cow. No offense cows! ;D But I think we still have a night or two to go. Nipples are still small. Alot of butt squishing. Shes starting to get very affectionate and clinging which this mare usually is NOT!!!
