I just went down and checked her, she feels warm to the touch, I thought she was all done shedding but man is she shedding again I still believe she is in the early stage of labor, I am hoping we will have a foal by morning, its going to be a long night so ladies a nap might be a good thing at this time HAHA

SADIE @ V&V Paints and Minis - Due March 13th (?)
Morning everybody, wish I had some real exciting news to share but I just don't..... We wait ! See Spot be very uncomfy and roll and bite belly and kick belly and swish tail and do her dance routine of down -1/2 turn - back down ....and on and on .
Will share some pics from yesterday ....she did try to do "See Spot Run' but it didn't last long and I am still waiting for those Choc. & Vanilla facets to come down more. Oh and clear liquid comes streaming out , finally !

Thanks for the call Penny, I swear I had just closed my eyes for a second! lol Setting the alarm every half hour because I do need a little bit of sleep...I drive school bus and it just would not be good to fall asleep at work! Malibu Lady due March 24@ Twin Acres Ranch - white milk/wax - testing 5 quickly
Malibu update - 3/30 @ 11:00pm

She has stayed pretty quiet with a few spells of belly kicks and butt rubs. She is testing a fast 5 squares on the Predict A Foal test, milk and wax are both white. She is running out of time to hold this little one in. Although it appears she is going to do it as long as possible.

The vet did palpate her yesterday morning and the baby was right there. She barely had her wrist in before she found baby waiting to make her way out.......

With all that said - the wait continues!!

Well....Hailey is about as ready as she can be!! There is nothing holding her back now! Milk is white, hindend is completely loose, temp is lower than it's been.

Good Evening, I think maybe crystal will foal tonight, all she has been doing is rubbing and rubbing, she is huge, and tomorrow I will do a belly clip, want to do the rest of her too, so badly, but I remind myself we can have some cold spells in april, crystal got moved because that run is not quite as dry as the others, and I wanted Babe and her foal to have a nice dry run off the stall, Rumor is very very close too, she is large, very peaked in back and looks ready and close, Dream right behind, she is the red/white mare, her bag is getting quite full, she is in the left of 7 the split stall, and Painted has quite a bit of swelling, soooooo, soon there has to be more, keep fingers crossed for some more nice healthy easy delivery foals, tami

Litty (3/20) Overdue *more wax* and Crystal (4/3) @ LawNOrder Ranch...
There really haven't been any big changes on either of the girls. Litty will get some wax one day and then it is gone the nexxt day. Crystal just has a huge bag - but hasn't waxed at all. Amanda said Litty was off a little tonight. Just seemed a little off her normal self. We will just continue to watch and wait. I will be foaling a few more mares out here at our place this year. Going to foal out some mares for some friends of mine. There will either be 4 or 5. They will be in mid April thru the end of May. I will make a thread once I get them here and get them lined up in stalls. More marestaring!!!

Yella@Whistleville Farms Due 3/20~ The Countdown Begins
Yella is at day 330. 10 days longer than she has ever carried. I am working nights and cannot watch her at night. I am counting on YOU, my mare stare compadres, to keep and eye on my girl. My cell is 217-520-3512 and you can reach me anytime. Her milk tested 6.5 on the ph scale this morning. It is VERY, VERY thick, clear yellow and sticky like I have never seen before. Dolly *High Risk Pregnancy* (4/8) @ R & D's Miniatures
Cam is on
Dollys bag is filled out more. She seems almost ready to foal,but i dnt think shes within 24hrs...but who knows.... i think she will be a sneaky mare and i think its gonna be hard to tell if shes actually in labor. her burns are a bit better but she wont stop rubbin. we have noticed her pacin in and out of the stall. she is relaxed in the rear but not squishy yet. please dnt hessitate to call/txt my cell. i have class in the morn. so cam will be off about 7:30 unless i think she needs to be wathced....Thanks for watchin!
Oh and i will try and get bag pics tomorrow!

haha dat zei ik vanmorgen ook al.. en uhh nog steeds niets veranderd.. denk dat ze heel wat kilometers heeft gelopen vandaag. Nu staat ze al een stuk rustiger. mooie merrie vind ik t zou graag van stal ruilen haha.

ik heb nog nooit een bevalling gezien (eigen merrie is volgende week uitgerekend). maar als ik de vos nu zie gaat ze bevallen?? ze gaat nu steeds plat/recht liggen, kijkt naar haar buik, ademt vrij zwaar (kan haar flanken goed zien bewegen). ben heel benieuwd, hoop dat ze echt gaan bevallen, heb ik alvast ervaring..

boeflover; opzich valt dit qua snelheid nog wel mee; heb 2 weken geleden paar mini's maar ook grote paarden zien bevallen en die hadden het er, vaak nog zonder hulp ook, nog sneller uit

hahaha echt binnen 5 a 10 min.

jemig 5-10 minuten, vind dit al super snel. ze had wel wat moeite met het hoofdje geloof ik he?
ben heel benieuwd of ik de bevalling van mijn merrie ga zien, heb ook een camera ophangen maar als het zo snel gaat... (wilde om het half uur mn wekker zetten).
2 jaar terug ook te laat geweest bij een merrie, veulen was er toen ook nét uit, nog geholpen hem verder uit het vlies te krijgen e.d. was ook wel heel erg speciaal. maar dit was echt super om te zien! mooi veulen ook geloof ik!
