Update Lexie & Jewel:
Lexie... well she is showing signs of wanting to go and being a little dramatic about it. Bag is filling, and waiting on nipples to fill. Now she is maiden and they need no book. Wonder if Betty has a book out about Making & Playing By Your Own Rules. She is almost at day 336, and can go anytime... but do not think it will be tonight.

Jewel ... well her tail head is up there pretty good. That is pretty noticable. She is not done baking, and not really looking for her until the end of the month or 1st part of next month.

Update Florence:

Florence is very restless, is kicking her stomach and snorting and blowing a lot. I know she is very uncomfortable but it remains to be seen if she will foal tonight. Her bag is still soft and does not seem ready and since she has had a foal before, I don't consider that normal for an imminent delivery.

As I write this she is constantly kicking her fat little belly!! She has exhibited some of this behavior over the last couple of days so it may just be a warning.

Nina is ready to foal or is it me that is ready??? We are expecting a storm and that is when mares seem to like to faol. I hope Nina thinks that way too.

Update Wren & Pay:
Well what a weird day. Must be the weather. Mares not feeling well.
Wren, up and down and all around. Good gut sounds, passing gas, and pooping...but sweating up a storm!
But man that baby has her miserable...if she doent feel better soon, will call the vet.
Its 80 degrees and a huge storm building again...about 95% humidity

Seems to be feeling better..that baby was moving.
Her tummy was sloshing in there. i think it pressed on something important.
I know she doesnt feel well, when she lays down and doesnt care if Im in there.

Pay's bag is full........no wax yet

cams may go down for a bit....Radar will show you what we got building! T storms and quarter size hail

It was a rainy muddy day here. Everytime I checked on Tammy she was standing pretty much off to herself. Not highly unusual for her but usually Lady is hanging out with Tammy and she was not today. Her milk is still not totally white but the pH is WAAAAYY low and the hardness is up even more. According to the Milk test she should go within 24 hours but only Tammy Faye knows for sure. She got her tail washed this evening and got a good brushing which she enjoyed immensly!

Update Lilly, Katy & Jenny:
Good Grief, I'm telling you all this is nuts! Now sometimes a mare will test 5 on the strips for a few days but all the other signs may not be there. Well, Lilly has the whole ball of wax and has for days! I really don't understand but who am I to question her! Last night around 10 I just knew it was time but she stopped! Maybe she knew that Beth at Freelands had to go to bed early last night so she didnt' want her to miss it!

Ok, Katy is still a slow 5 but her fluid feels right to me now. So surely she remembers the part of the book that says she'll foal when she reaches a fast 5!

I still can't test Jenny though what I get is stickier this evening. If she weren't a maiden I'd say her bag wasn't quite right yet but we'll see.

All three are enjoying pooping up my barn! Today the three of them were pushing against the same fence line from the pressure in their rears! I was holding my breath that the whole thing didn't go!!

Ik heb ik een .txt documentje alleen de lijst met alle links enz. staan en dat stuur ik dan steeds naar Chica zodat zij dat gedeelte kan veranderen.
De rest blijft steeds gewoon staan.

En heeft Tammy ook een streaming? Ik kan alleen een pop up vinden maar volgens mij lees ik op hun site dat ze ook een streaming hebben? Of lees ik weer eens verkeerd??? Haha!

Update Patches:
Patches had a beautiful light...lets call it butterscotch buckskin overo filly at around 2:30 am. She was a little slow in getting up and finding the milk bar. I did give her some foal response and a little momma's milk . With a little help she finally found that oh so good tasting milk. Patches teats are a little small and I was worried about that, but it seems to work fine. Baby pooped quite a bit already, so that part of the plumbing works also. I'm not sure about a name yet, but it will come to me...suggestions are also appreciated.

Update Sky:
With a sigh of relief I might add. Our foalings here on the farm are DONE! Sky was our last bred mare and since her line tends to have short gestations, the fact that she went early was really no surprise. All went well and we have a pretty little few spot filly to show for it. Born this morning - 5:00am, the filly is up and about and still trying to figure out the faucet. She is vigorous and NOISY! What a little talker! Sky did a super job as a young first time mom. She immediately took to the foal and allowed us in to play with it. She looks just like a little clone of her mommy and daddy.
