De cam bij www.piafferuitersport.nl draaid ook al weer een poosje.
Merrie is al 8 dagen overtijd dus ik houd ze maar weer goed in de gaten.

dank martine, dit is nog maar onze noodcam.
Die ip cam die we hebben is nog veel duidelijker en in kleur.
Die proberen we nog via onze eigen website te laten draaien, dan heeft 'men' dubbel beeld en twee verschillende views.

Onze merrie was 9 mei uitgerekend maar nog steeds niet bevallen....

She appeared to have a couple contractions while I was out there watching her, but they were very far apart and short lived so they could have just been practice ones. I did not think her bag could get any fuller but wow did it ever in just the few short hours since I checked her last. She is so loose behind that if the silly girl sneezes the baby will fall right out Temp is 100.1 though which is slightly higer than when they came in for the night, so only her and God know when she will reveal her secret. Off to catch a few ZZZZZ

Update Heidi en Hailey
Ze zijn apart gezet

What happened started out as a tiff over their tail wraps! Heidi sniffed Hailey's wrap and Hailey decided to TAKE Heidi's wrap from her butt! However, Hailey is REAL uncomfy tonight, and she took it too far. She did not bite Heidi, however she did nip me when I was trying to talk her down from her heightened emotions. So I tapped her nose and put her in time out. Just as I did to my son's when they were naughty. It really does work. Hailey took her time out, not happy about it, but she did it. And when she calmed down, I let her out of time out and assured her I was not mad at her!!

I am a firm believer in not stressing my horses. When I tried to put these mares on separate cams, in separate stalls, they both went wild. I called their vet and he said to leave them together. Take it one day at a time, and if they began to have problems then and only then to separate them. Well, when I tried to have them apart they both began to stress REAL bad, therefore the wall went up between them. This stall is fit for a big horse, so there is still plenty of room for them to foal. The cam makes the horses look bigger, and the stall looks smaller than actual size. (go figure that one lmao)

For tonight it seems this is working so far. They can still be together, yet have their own space. PLEASE continue to help me watch. I had to take my best friend to the ER last night and did not get home till this morning. I have only had two hours of sleep in the past 24 hours. I AM TIRED!!! I really need to sleep tonight. If you see ANYTHING that concerns you, PLEASE CALL ME!!! I will have NO problem checking on them when you call. And I WANT the calls, and WILL NOT bite any heads off!!

Show haar dochter Daisy staat nu ook maar binnen, denk nog niet dat het al komt maar kon al wat plakkerig eruit krijgen dus vast maar weer binnen s´nachts, kan ik alvast even op cam kijken hoe ze is. Knipoog

leuk dat het al plakkerig is Lin, toch weer afwachten bij een maiden wat dat voor haar betekent. Ben heel erg benieuwd!!
