Even een update van Triple K

HI everyone, well, I am home, what a day, what a sad sad day, sitting here actually bawling out loud, so so hard to have this happen, this is such a sweet mare, and the foal was small, by all rights we SHOULD have gotten it out, had both feet, and a hold of the mouth, and pulled, we tried so long,and did not know what to do about the cams, on or off, hate to have people that were following the progress all of a sudden wonder, so sorry, for those of you that shared , but felt it was better, the vet has taught us alot thru the years, as I had to drive 80 miles to the nearest large animal vet, they are such a shortage, everyone wants to be small animal vets, and this guy is an equine specialist, he tried and tried, same problem we had, he too knew that foal was tiny and he just could not figure why not, before we left for the vet we elevated her hind legs, which helps keep her from pushing , therefore it prevents worse damage, and that way gravity is working with us to push the foal back in and reposition the foal, turn it totally around etc, but for some odd reason the foal was locked in the pelvis, even tho small, usually this works to tie the back feet up and the foal is easier to push back in and turn or whatever has to be done, we did that, it did not work, we were puzzled, stressed, and worried, well, the vet did what we did, and he could feel it all too, but long story short, he had to do a ceseran on her, how awful, she was so sweet and seemed to know we were helping her, but the foal was twisted around, with the rib cage and and the body just could not be straighted, needless to say, we are home, I curried her and mike had given her oats, and she was eating some when I went to the house, bucksome babe is in the other stall, and the light colored tiny buckskin horse is a stud, but we just keep our eye on him too, since we have the cams up, thanks all, I feel as tho my life has been extracted and left in a garbage bag, what an awul experience, I just cannot believe all of you great people actually take precious time out of your day to watch,and support us, our horses are like family to us, and so are you, tami

mijn engels is niet zo best maar wat is een cesera ? ik begrijp uit het verhaal dat het allemaal niet goed is afgelopen...

ik had al zo'n vermoeden, maar wat ik nog niet uit het verhaal begrijp leven ze nu nog of niet ? ( sorry voor mijn misschien wat domme vraag )

volgens mij is het er al, ze ligt net achter het schot, kan het niet goed zien
