Update Twinkie & Twister:
Twinkie is fully bagged up now. Her teats aren't engorged and I can't get any milk from her udder yet. She's a maiden, so that might not happen before she foals. The foal seems to be well back in her flanks. I'm watching her closely.

Twister surprised me this evening. Yesterday she didn't have much udder at all. Tonight it's as big as Twinkie's. Her teats aren't engorged yet, though I can get clear, sticky liquid from them. Twister is a very sneaky mare and doesn't give many signs or much notice before she foals. I've turned her stall cam back on and she is being watched closely, too.

I know it's been awhile since the last update... but how many ways can you say "Nothing new"? LOL! Keep checking back and watch the message board and cam caption for news.

Update Sabrina:
Sabrina is very restless and stomping around. Her bag is huge and hard, her rear is soft. I talked to Priscilla in Tennessee tonight and told her I didn't think there was a chance any of them would foal but I am amending that to say Sabrina might. Why did I say that now she will just sleep and laugh all night. All the others are progressing and I see a foaling frenzy coming soon.

Well Jeannie has some wax tonight. Not much of a bag.. but could be a hormone surge & she is testing us. Jeannie is kind of a stall pig, so I really hate giving her straw.. but no clue if she wax and goes or hangs on for weeks.

Nothing on Eleanor tonight, but that could change.

Nothing on Lucy, but if I remember right, she paced last year, then waxed a bit, then dripped and went with in a few hours. Then she also foaled at 311 days as she had an infection, and this year she is using a kids Easy Bake Oven with a light bulb. MARES!

Day 350 Saturday evening update...pic...

She still has no wax but is really close to it. I will be checking on her every hour or so. She seems a bit uneasy. She could very well foal without waxing but who knows. I'll just keep an eye on her and if she starts pacing the stall I'll go bed it down and see what happens. Maybe tonight. We shall see.

Well I bedded her down with straw. She is acting very nervous tonight. Her nipples are engorged but no wax or dripping milk. I didn't try to get any out to see it since I am really wanting to see her wax but that may not happen. I will have to keep a close eye on her tonight. I may or may not do another check tonight. Depends on her behavior. Maybe she will foal and make us all happy. Personally I think this will go on for a day or two.

Daffy Foaled - Colt

I was in the house posting the previous update, had just finished as I was watching the cam - saw her make about two circles go down twice and started pushing - was not time to send out an alert from the barn.

That was a picture perfect delivery all in about 5 minutes and it was over - we are blessed with a beautiful little pinto colt with lots of color and markings. He didn't waste much time taking care of all his business, found the milk bar, took care of his plumbing duties and was ready for a short nap. Has been up & down running circles around his momma ever since.

We are so "Thankful for a easy delivery and healthy foal".

Will keep you updated on Careless and may have to move her to the cam shortly, bag is filling but should be another day or two hopefully.

She has wax again tonight. Not very thick yet and not much of it but its there. She hasn't moved much in the last two hours except to turn around to drink water.

Mari, wax, no milk yet.....so maybe...maybe not tonight.
I'll be up checking a few times.

Payadora gaining. a week 10 days
spirit and wren the same.
Pajitas, my skinny late mom last year.....is bagging. Sometime in May for her. Maybe late, but probably not 370 like last time.
Rosie, still slowly progressing. She gets so huge.

Update Jenny, Katy & Lilly:
I was able to get a bit of fluid from Jenny but not enough to test. It's sticky but not like it will get. Katy still 4.5 and Lilly is still an immediate Fast 5 for the third day.....or maybe it's the fourth day. She's 291 days now.

Jenny is on the refreshing cam and I'll be alternating the three on the Streaming Cam. Katy's camera is different than the other three so I have to adjust the video settings when I change to her.

I'll let you know of course with any changes I see. I'm ready for one of them to do something now! Usually I'm pretty patient waiting them out but I just don't like keeping one of the PG mares in the 8X10 stall for many nights. They like to roam around too much so I feel better with them in the 12X 12s.

We now have three mares on our Cams that could foal at anytime.

Lilly is testing an immediate Fast 5 for the fourth day in a row.

Katy is testing a 4.5 and also seems to be physically ready.

Jenny, a maiden, has a nice big tight bag,too. I was able to get fluid for the first time today. It's sticky but not as much as what I feel it should be.

Jenny is on our Refreshing Cam with the view now down on her stall.

I am alternating Lilly and Katy on the Streaming Cam. We're not happy with Katy's camera lense and have ordered a new one. In the meantime we're having to adjust the lighting on the video when I change to her.

If you haven't joined our Forum you may want to do so because we often post updates there, at least daily. From what I understand from some of the guest the new post aren't showing up until they join and Log In. I'm not sure what that problem is as I have it set for all to view. We've written Invision Tech support abt that issue.

When we feel one of the mares is close I do my best to send out the Heads Up Emails, an Email to the Forum Members and to post on the Forum. Please remember though that the last thing we do is hit the High Alert at FoalNet so you can't always count on that.

Normaal gebruik ik firefox en dan werkt hij prima, nu niet.
IE zal ik nog eens proberen maar daar werkte hij gisteren avond ook niet mee...
Heb het hier getest op 2 pc's en een laptop waarbij de cam het eerder wel gewoon deed.

Marije ik heb net de lappie opnieuw opgestart dus ik verwacht dat die het nu doet

Pfff net weer Misty's poepen gezien hoe erg kan dat wezen. Kont strak tegen de wand poepen maar en er komt dan een schetenlading en dan zie je nog een dun straaltje lopen en verder niks en dan doet ze een stap naar voren en flops daar ligt een kwak.

In Firefox doet ie nog niets, in IE krijg ik heel af en toe een beeldje en verder grijs beeld. Nou ja, toch weer anders dan het witte beeld in Firefox Knipoog
