Milk test result >>>> NOT TONIGHT!
I will still be checking on her throughout the night. If you see her foaling or even acting strange, please feel free to phone me no matter what hour it is. It's better I lose sleep than miss Ragdoll's big moment.

Update Lacey:
I can't stay on very long at a time. The storms just keep coming back. Tomorrow morning it is going to be rough....We are now under a flood watch until Wen. NOT GOOD!! Storms are suppose to be here around day break tomorrow.

Lacey is doing fine. I will update on her through out these storms. I am not looking for her to do anything out of the way.

Anita udder pic day 317 and update...
Anita is the same. Udder slightly filled in more especially the nipples. I'll be locking her in a night after the holiday weekend. Have a good one all.

Update Ragdoll:
Ragdoll is back in her stall and on the cam after enjoying the day out in the sunshine. There aren't many changes this evening. She has dried crusties on her teats again. It's not wax yet, but it is an indication that she has a little seepage of fluid and that she's preparing to make real milk soon. I didn't do a milk strip test tonight as last night's test indicated that her milk isn't nearly ready yet. I'll test again tomorrow night.

I'll be checking on her several times during the night. If you see her acting like she's going to foal and you don't see us with her, don't hesitate to call.

Update Lacey:
Guess I better get use to sleepless nights soon!!

Sassy is doing good. After her rough night, she seems to want humans around her all the time now....she'll cry if you leave her.

I stayed in the barn all night last night with Sassy. Lacey was loving all over me last night.... She was even loving on Robby....hum, maybe she is like her Mom, Brody. She didn't use to have any use for a man....till she had a foal here and Robby had to help her reposition that baby....Now she thinks the sun rises and sets on this man....

She was pushing against the walls pretty much most of the night....when she wasn't begging for me to rub her butt. Her big old baby is starting to put pressure on her now.... Her tail head is starting to soften up, Really Good!! It is also starting to slope a little. Her udders are filling more everyday, GOOD SIGN!!

She can look in the stall where Sassy is, she wasn't happy that we took and shut Sassy's door last night, but, she stayed right there most of the night. Watching everything we done to the baby. Sometimes I think she thinks that Sassy is her's. She is going to be a great mom....I hope.

Wilde eerst even Macy controleren en aangezien ik met die hitte geen oog dicht doe, had ik vanmorgen wat startproblemen

Het lijstje wordt idd steeds korter maar het lijstje voor 2006 steeds langer

Myron is afgespeend en dan controleer ik de eerste dagen een aantal keer het uier. Dat moet steeds kleiner worden en het is even opletten of ze geen uierontsteking gaat krijgen.
Maar het ziet er gelukkig nog steeds goed uit.

Nee Caio is pas 4 maanden en mag nog even bij papa en mama lopen

Normaal speen ik veulens graag met 2 tegelijk af zodat ze een vriendje hebben maar Myron gaat over 2 weken al weg en dan zou ik ze weer uit elkaar moeten halen.
Dus Sepp vangt nu eerst Myron op (en telt die 2 weken af want Myron sloopt hem af en toe bijna

) en Caio is over 1,5 maand ongeveer aan de beurt.
