update van marestare over summer

everybuddy day 326
free for the next week...... come on Summer, you can foal now
she is very unhappy at the moment, we had a good talk a few minutes ago, i told her that having a foal was not a big deal.... just lie down and push
we still have wax
and she is breathing a bit harder than normal..... maybe tonight

Dream is still holding steady and not doing anything different. She ran around yesterday like she was a race horse. I was hoping that would help her progress but no luck. I will keep you updated as she changes. She usually foals at 8am so lets hope it tommorrow. Thanks for helping. Erica

de cam van sage ligt eruit......maar haar uier is terug gelopen dus ze denken dat het nog even duurt.

Not sure what's up with my cam. Wll try to fix it before we leave to deliver Impulse to his new home...

EDIT: Cam is toast Good thing it was a cheap $40. This particular cam, has a telephone type connection from the cord off the cam to the cord that plugs in. Well, that wire is longer than we needed

*I interupt this to say we have a ghost or something! Our TV just turned on by itself... not just the TV but the satellite as well, and no animals are near the remotes! FREAKY!!!!!!!!*

Anyhow, the wire was tucked up under the barn roof but a massive wind the other week blew it out. I never put it back since it wasn't in reach of horses.... well, we had massive rain today, and it got into the connection (the telephone cord type connection) and it's smoking! So cam is unplugged. On our way to dropping off Impulse we'll be stopping at a Radio Shack to get a new cam Good news is her udder is down again (not totally but less than last night), and she's still very wide, so she should (hopefully) be fine until we get home. Unfotunately it's a 3 hour drive EACH WAY

Inderdaad geboren rond 22.05 na een hele zware bevalling:

Z'n beentje lag niet goed en z'n tongetje was er al uit dus ik heb gelijk ingegrepen en geholpen..
Hij heeft het behoorlijk benauwd gehad en ook wat vruchtwater binnen gekregen..
We houden hem even goed in de gaten, hij is erg uitgeput..
Hij heeft wel vreselijk lange stelten dus hij weet nog niet zo goed wat hij dr mee aanmoet

ik werd wel 2x gesmst.. maar ik was zelf ook bezig met een bevalling.. van een schaap wel te verstaan.. was een 3 ling, 1e is niet levend ter wereld gekomen.. de andere 2 wel.. dus kon ook niet doorsmsen mn handen/armen zaten helemaal onder de zut
