Maroes, dat is ook nieuw Dar wilde dat ook wel eens proberen. Ze heeft het wel eens via wefoal gedaan maar dat beviel niet. Via marestare gaat het wel heel goed en er gaan steeds meer stallen over naar marestare
Update Baby: Nothing new here Baby is still holding out I figured her dates again today to make sure I had not missed anything. Baby is at 354 days today she was hand bred on April 10,12,14 and 16. I know when the time is right she will foal but at this point I am getting a little concerned. She has been laying more at night than she normally does and acts so uncomfortable. We are just waiting and watching Spin is the next mare due. She is at 316 days, I was hoping to have her on the cam but we are still waiting on Baby to foal. Thanks for watching with us.
Update Chica: CHICA FOALED..FINALLY...A BEAUTIFUL PAINT FILLY SHE DID GREAT!! AND SO DID SUPERCLASS! WHAT A BEAUTY. HERES THE LINK TO THE PICS..OR GO TO HOME PAGE AND CLICK ON 2005 FOALS. http://www.landlranch.net/foals.htm
Sabrina has been rolling a lot in her stall tonight. She seems uncomfortable (so what else is new). She is laying down resting right now. I have been watching her and she has been restless and now she is calm again.
Brightside is progressing rather quickly and has an orange size bag. We got a few drops of fluid from both of them but not enough to test.
By the end of the week two more mares will join the holding pattern being over 300 days. Florence and Sarah are both due the first few days of May. I have never had this happen and it is getting quite distressing. someone needs to deliver
Update Susan: SUSAN GETTING CLOSER! We will be doing a test strip on Susan Wednesday. Her bag is getting larger but needs to get more relaxed in the hips. Susan was due April 1, 2005.
Update Lucy, Lexie, Eleanor & Jeannie: Well not much new .. except for.. LUCY has wet titties! Progress! Bruce said sawdust all over them.
Remember all 4 are within time of foaling. Lucy should be 1st and the other 3 look a bit off... but Lexie & Eleanor are maiden mares, with Jeannie due tomorrow.
Update Shoshone: I don't see any changes in Shoshone. If her breeding date is right, which it should be since she was at a foaling facility, she is now at day 344. She still does not have a bag or show any signs that she is really close.
Update Lilly, Katy & Jenny: Lilly is now testing 4.5 on the strips so has made a significant change since yesterday. She is on our Streaming Cam. Katy and Jenny are now on our Refreshing Cam. They are both bagging up nicely and will be the next to foal. Both Katy & Lilly have had exceptional foals for us and we look forward to seeing their 2005 foals with Mathew. Jenny is a maiden mare and is also bred to Mathew.
I hope you will also Join Us In The Barn for these upcoming foals.
