Calista **COLT 1/30** (2/9) and Sage (2/17) @ CheyAut Ranch
Vet tube fed the baby, checked him and Cali, placenta, milk ect. Said everything looks good, big baby (so it wasn't just me haha), little concern baby's tongue is red. Started on some SMZs.

He said turn out the lights for a few hours, now that baby has had a meal, let them have some quiet and dark time and he'll hopefully figure it out. So that means we get to sleep for a few hours, yay!

Wendy (2/1); Tess (2/2); Sadie (2/14) and Jack & Eve @ Mulligans Run Farm

Tess has a big bag and will be the next to go unless Wendy and Sadie make some rapid changes. Eve is in only because she gets meds in the middle of the night and it's easier to administer if I don't have to hunt down a black horse in the darkness. LOL Wendy is improving, but is still painful. We are hoping the thyroid tests will be back this week and we can make some adjustments to their meds.

Vet didnt seem overly concerned with it, said it was "amazing" hes a very sarcastic one...

April (2/25) @ Elements (but always goes early)

Thanks everyone! April is 314 days today, and her last 2 foals were born at 310 and 315 days! She has a HUGE bag, but no wax yet. April USUALLY waxes anywhere from 6 to 24 hours before foaling, but never say "always" with a mare... LOL

We are supposed to have LOUSY weather here for the next 2 days, so most likely the mares will be staying inside!

Tina 2/3, Bing 2/10 and lots more @ Phoenix Rising

Gave Tina and Bing their birthing haircuts since their udders fill a little more every day. Tina is very very loose back there. Keeping an eye on her but her ligs haven't gone yet. Her ligs are very hard to find since she's done this a LOT. So everything is pretty loose and stretched back there anyways!

KZ (2/16) @ Elements

KZ is 324 days today and her bag is absolutely GINORMOUS! Her teats have really filled out today as well. We've not had any foals with KZ yet (although she had foals before we bought her) so we are not sure if she will wax or not. She looks to me as though she could foal at any time now!
