Ik vind het er ook altijd wat akelig uitzien, maar dit helpt het veulen wel om dalijk rechte en sterke benen te krijgen toch?
Veulentje van Midnight vind ik nog steeds super schattig met dat gekke panter ding aan Tong uitsteken

Even een update over Lana

KB Hilltopstables

She got new type of PVC pipe today. Doug will be back on Monday or Tuesday to put cast on the right one. Going to take Rosa to Dewitt now for her to spend the week end at Dar's. I have Kenny here so i have help. He will be here for Nifty if she does anything. Will not be gone long. Have a nice day now.

Update KB Hilltopstables

Nifty not showing me anything new. Bob on the other hand is so ready. Her bag is very full no wax yet but Bob will wax and foal with in 4 hours. Man Lana is full of her self today.Running from one end to the other in that stall. To bad she has to stay stalled. But we can't let her get her boots wet. Sierra is just fine now so i took her blanket off her today. Took Rosa to town to go home with Dar for the week end. When i was in my truck i was thinking man what smells so bad.ROSA?????? Nope it was my coat remember i have been all over Lana on the ground and every where. Shell we say Lana don't smell the best and now my coat smells just like her. Think i better wash it tonight lol Now them light spots on Lana is where Doug shaved her to put in the IV. When Doug did Lana today this is how bad this med is Lana stop breathing. I said Doug she isn't breathing now so he stopped until she got it going again. He does know what he is doing. As she sure came right back to us. This is the last of this meds. He will be coming to cast her right one for sure just don't know about left one as it is coming along good now. Kenny is in love with Little Lana. He just can't get over her color. Ok got to go give her some bute for the night this helps with the pain in her tendons. Hope you all had a good day and now have a nice night all. (((HUGS))) to all.

Girls.. nothing new on them, still thinking next week. They are bedded for their comfort. Spook looked too happy in it & I felt bad for the other 3.

In my opinion, (Susan here) it's Frosty that is acting more ready. Tonight you can see her cocking her tail and kicking at her belly, definitely experiencing practice contractions. Her udder is not ready and there is now wax on either mare, but behaviorally they are getting revved up.

Sorry to get your hopes up but she had a big oh rats tail going there. Add some oil to get it all out. Does she look better now LOL Looks like she almost has a tail again. She has no wax yet. I would say not tonight as the foal was moving alot inside her when i fixing her tail. Most time foal don't move alot just before foaling time. It could fall out tho. LOL She is wet around her teats tonight so who knows. Only her hair dress know for sure and she isn't talking much. LOL

Update Val:
Because Val seems to want to lay down but cant get comfortable I put some straw in for her. Her arthritis gets worse in the cold weather and she needs to rest.

Bag is really really full, just not into teats, Milk is sticky but not white.

Good news on another front, Sage's hives have went away since being bedded on the pine shavings. She is allergic to the oak in the other bedding...

Not much else new here.....I will update when things happen worth updating. Right now her body is going through normal changes and she could actually foal anytime....
