Well, lights are out and the waiting game continues. Temp is 98.9 which is a full degree lower than last night. Milk is testing 4 out of 5 squares, but no wax yet.
We did get a baby today already; one of my hens hatched her first, a bright yellow cute little chicklet. I have 2 hens sitting on about 20 eggs, so who knows how many we'll end up with!

Happy mare stare!

Carla is the same tonight ??? We have been working on getting a outside cam up ;D maybe we will have it all worked out sometime this week. I have been letting Doc run with the girls during the day, so far he has bred Rain,Splash and Spin. I am also going to work on getting new pictures up on the website of all the horses and our miniature donkey Lachen

Update Tana:
Tana is now testing a 3.5 on the Milk Strips and is 9 days from her due date.

Last year she foaled on her due date at 336 days. The day she foaled she was a 4 on the strips and her bag wasn't filled out. So we'll be watching closely from here on. She now has her Halter Monitor on.

Update Dusty:
Dusty is progressing nicely she has a good sized bag ... the central crease is almost gone ... no milk in the nipples yet and her tailhead is still pretty firm so we most likely are on schedule for her due date but she is a maiden so no telling how much warning she'll give us.

Ik heb de cams ook maar aangezet, maar kan niet full-time kijken dus de alert monitor staat aan met geluid Knipoog
