Update Cameo & Sabrina:
Sorry I haven't been posting daily updates folks but there hasn't been much change in either Cameo or Sabrina. It looks now like Cameo will win the race to be first .... I would guess a few more days at most for her. Sabrina continues to hold at the "not quite ready" point but maidens will be maidens so she could get going again in the blink of an eye Knipoog

As usual, watch and wait continues ......

Update Wren & Mari:
Fanny and Bunny are in a dif stall with daily turnout.

Wren is in that stall......but she's destroyed it.
I seperated her from her sister last week. She spent all last week pacing in the turnout. Now into a stall........and oh man, is she upset.
In her 15 years of life she has never been "alone" for very long.
She's dropped alot of weight with all the pacing and not eating.
I still think she's in foal but just mighty upset.
Between her and nuerotic Spirit, im going to rip my hair out. Spirit, i am NOT putting in a stall again, until I know shes going to foal. ( she reminds me of a claustrophobic person!)She's very easy to get along with otherwise.
So the public cam will be off tonight. She is no where near foaling.
I have taken on alot of horses no one else would consider or handle, for that matter. it is very hard to undo a lifetime of neglect in a year or even two.
If you've never dealt with horses like this, its hard to understand. This mare has scars from from where the halter was embedded into her head. She has come along way though.
So I hope people can respect the decision, to keep it off for now. Till she settles in. And if she doesnt, I may put someone else on the public cam(probably Rosie), and wait till the last week and move her in to foal on the private cam.

On the plus side. Mari is getting very close. Tightly bagged except for the nipples. This is only her second foal at age 20. And her first one for me. So i dont know her routine. I actually think its because Fanny and Bunny are by her and she wants her baby

Update Maggie:
8pm update
maggie is very restless. Her tail is going a 1000 miles a hour. I went down there to see maybe if there was a fly with her and nope she is not happy. She is warm and it's not hot here, we have a nice breeze out. she paced around me in the stall witch she never does. So my nap got exnayed It will be a long night for me again. I will update on cam or here if i see her do more

Ik heb nu wel een grappige merrie opstaan (gevonden via de update van Marije). Het is een schimmel en ze heet High Wind van www.boykinfarm.com maar ik weet niet veel over haar... ga ff kijken of ik wat kan vinden.

Ik heb vannacht 2 smsjes gekregen dat ze wat onrustig was staart omhoog en naar buik happen, maar niks nog geen tepeltjes en van haar banden ben ik nog niet onder de indruk.

zou best kunnen, er is mooi weer voorspeld dus misty.....je mag van mij, kan ik op kraamvisite..... Haha!
