Tana is close to foaling with all physical signs as well as being a Fast 5 on the milk strips. Her fluid is also very slick, varnishy and sticky so we're good to go. Cat's is also the same but I didn't get enough to test her.
Surely we will have at least ONE baby tonight! I honestly don't see how they've held out this long. Tana is now two weeks over and Cat is
4 days over. If Cat foals first I'll swap her up with Tana before Tana foals so she'll be closer to the camera. Again I apologize for the view but it's necessary with all the other cam lines gone out to the barn. I have to be able to see the both of them on that one line.
In the stalls behind these two you will be able to see Jenny and Apricot with their babies coming through at times. They now have their stalls open to outside dry lots with access to that part of the barn. Jenny's filly appears to be homozygous and we will have testing done. She is a gorgeous blk pinto full of pawprints. She'll be offered for sale after her results are in.
Thanks for Joining Us in the Barn for another foaling.
