Well, this morning Shannon and I were both ready to let him go. Now, this afternoon after so much change we are not and our vet is not either. He has sat up sternal, pushed himself up to sit dog style and is fighting hard. He is getting 100 cc + per feeding and he is holding his head up better and better all the time. Are we nuts? Are we seeing things? Maybe....but it's our row to hoe and we are determined to give it all we have. We appreciate you being here for the long haul and I believe that prayers are helping.
When you see him trying hard to get up and getting so frustrated, it's usually when he has to poop. he does not like to poop laying down, but when we stand him he quits. He is bearing weight now on his legs when standing,...not for long, but he's trying.
