GENEROUS STUNS AUSSIES

Europe's champion three-year-old of 1991 Generous left a large contingent of Australian breeders breathless after the flashy chestnut was shown at
Glenmorgan Farm last week.

Votes were collated by the group following the visits to over 20 of New
Zealand's leading studs, and viewing in excess of 60 stallions, and Generous knocked over Zabeel in the wash up.

Generous was a sensation on the track, and already his early seasons as a
sire in the Northern Hemisphere have yielded 26 stakes winners, from just
146 starters.

A Dewhurst Stakes (G1) win at Newmarket as a two-year-old was followed up with three brilliant wins at three across Europe.

At his second start as a three-year-old the son of Caerleon raced away for a
five length win in The Derby at Epsom. That win was followed by two more
wins in the Irish Derby (by three lengths) and a sensational seven length
success in The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot.

Generous is standing the new season at $27,500 + GST at Brett Jenkins'
Glenmorgan Farm south of Auckland near Pukekohe.

Ik kan niet wachten op het veulen, dat het vierde Volbloed veulen van Lucky On Wings zal gaan worden. De eerste is momenteel in race training.
