Hoe MSN-worm wegkrijgen?

Ik weet dat hier al een paar topics over zijn, maar aangezien ik die bijna allemaal niet kan openen, doe ik het maar op deze manier.
Een paar dagen geleden kreeg ik zogenaamd een foto van iemand toegestuurd via msn. Ik opende de foto en heel mijn computer begon de flippen, en bij alle mensen van mijn lijst begon hun computer ook te flippen. Later is mij verteld dat dit een msn-worm heet.
Het gevolg hiervan is, is dat ik niet meer kan inloggen op mijn hotmail inbox, elke keer als ik msn messenger opstart begint hij te flippen en het gebeurd nu steeds vaker dat als ik iets wil openen, dat dan opeens heel internet wegvalt, en ik dus heel internet weer opnieuw moet opstarten. Ik heb een paar keer onze AVG 6.0 eroverheen laten gaan, maar die kon niets vinden, en vandaag kon ik dit programma niet eens meer openen.
Toen heb ik onze Ad-aware 6.0 eroverheen laten gaan en toen bleek dus dat ik iets van 133 spy-ware dingen had, dus die heb ik gedeleted.
Maar wie kan mij uitleggen hoe ik dit virus weg kan krijgen? Ik weet daarbij ook nog eens helemaal niks van computers, dus zou iemand mij duidelijk kunnen uitleggen wat ik nu moet doen?

Of er gewoon op klikken als dat lukt en anders rechtermuisknop en kiezen voor doel opslaan als.

6. If you are running Windows Me or XP, turn off System Restore. For instructions on how to turn off System Restore, read your Windows documentation, or one of the following articles:

7. Locate the file that you just downloaded.
8. Double-click the FxBropia.exe file to start the removal tool.
9. Click Start to begin the process, and then allow the tool to run.
10. Restart the computer.
11. Run the removal tool again to ensure that the system is clean.
12. If you are running Windows Me/XP, then re-enable System Restore.
13. If you are on a network or if you have a full-time connection to the Internet, reconnect the computer to the network or to the Internet connection.
14. Run LiveUpdate to make sure that you are using the most current virus definitions.
When the tool has finished running, you will see a message indicating whether W32.Bropia has infected the computer. The tool displays results similar to the following:
* Total number of the scanned files
* Number of deleted files
* Number of repaired files
* Number of terminated viral processes
* Number of fixed registry entries
