    hello, it's me in english again Haha!

    a have a preferences in calmer horses. friese is great! but shire is amazing! i know thay are cool-blood hoses and are in primarily not uses for riding.
    do you know more in practise? how "usefull" this horse can be for a recreative purposes? is there another similar breed? i know only shire.
    do you have links, do you know breedes and prices? i have to consider many opetions before i fibnaly buy my horse next year!

    just stick with the frysians vigor....their not great...their the best, haha!!! hopefully somebody can help you with this.

    Maybe an Irish Tinker is more efficient for recreative purposes than a Shire Horse...
    They have a lot in common but the advantage is that a tinker is a lot smaller.

    All I know about shire horses (My boyfriend ownes a crossbreed with tinker) that they usually are very cool and have a layedback attitude.
    They are not easily scared (some exceptions ofcourse)...
    Sure they gallop, no problem....

    I think that they are good for recreation, I guess...gallop should not be a problem to them I think...

    In both the irish and belgium horse the prices variate...
    Do you wish to buy a mature horse or may'be a foal?

    real tinker look a bit different..
    They tend to be smaller and broader than our horse.
    Ours is going to be about 1:75m..so he's is going to be quite a bit bigger than a tinker.

    Mature tinkers are usually somewhere between 2000-4000.. (they can also be a lot more expensive)

    It depends on what you're looking for..

    i am far of being professional, and i rather would not take an obligation of traing a yearling to a sadle an mess something up. but also depends if i would have someone to help me. but price is reasonable Lachen

    You can always come across a nice crossbreed..and they may be cheaper than a horse with full pedigree...

    yes! offcourse. het paard is een paard no metter of papers!!!!
    here we have croatian warm-blooded horse. crossbreeds and very popular.

    Vigor, in Germany the use of heavy horses (for riding) is far more common than here in the Netherlands. Schwarzwalder Fuchse for instance are a well-known and much used breed there. As I gathered that you originate from the Tchech Republic or Slovakya or any of those countries (sorry if I mix country names, I certainly don't want to offend you; my geography was never much, and since the last changes I have completely lost track Knipoog - edit: I just found out you're from Kroatia, sorry ) I more or less expect that you also speak some German. Those countries might offer something more closer to home, as it were.
    I do know that German companies like Hu&Hott have saddles and bridles especially for heavy horses, and they wouldn't sell them if there wasn't a market for it in Germany. Also there is a magazine called Marktplatz, and a site with the same name, where ads for heavy horses can be found.

    Good luck! Prices in Germany can be a bit steep though....
