Highness offspring

Hi everybody!

(I hope I put this subject in the right forum and that it's ok to ask questions in english ...).

Does anybody have any information about Highness (Uniform x Zanne) and the offspring he gives? I own a mare who is after him. According to discussions here (and my bad understanding of your language... ) he seems to have a bad reputation. If so - why is that? Please, tell me all you know (even the bad stuff)! I would be so happy to know anything!

My mare's mother is Faula and if someone knows anything about her and her offspring aswell - it would be fabulous!

In return I can find any information you wish about (almost) any swedish horse.... Haha!

As you can see he is yet quit a while castrated. As a Gelding he is competing now at Senior Level 4...

As a Youngster he seemd very talented and Imke and Tineke Bartels had him to try out... But as almost all Uniform-offspring, the talent is way better than the charackter... Unfortunately ...
(although there are some very nice and quiet easy going horses out of Uniform... as we all know, the Dam does have a lot to tell as wel...)

In what way is there a problem with the character?

The dame surely is important aswell, you don't happen to know anything about her (Faula)? Bloos

Father of Faula is Man in the Moon XX and mother is Ladaula (mothers mother of Faula is Daula).

That must be easy, there must be someone who knows these horses, as Daula used to compete high dressagelevel before she was in foal...

Indeed Uniform offspring is very talented but very stubern (I hope I write this word good). I have a Uniform granddaughter. Strong karakter (stubern, never gives up), spooky, nervous. She has the looks from her father Ravel STV (also gelded now in the usa known as Haydn). She's a very good broodmare so i'm using her now for breeding only but I have to watch out very good what kind of character the stallions has.

This is really great! Thanks to all of you!

About the carachter: The horse sure is stubborn, but she has been a lot better since we got her on our side so to speak. Maybe a lot of this is "mary" behavior as well. She easily gets stressed up, but that is also getting better. Most of this occurs while handeling her from the ground. While riding she is more than willing to work and is fullfilled by her task (mostly).

I am still eager to get info/pictures of her mother Faula! =)

Another question: how is Daula pronounced?
