Casir Ask has been the most winning stallion in Denmark in the last years.
Casir Ask was a finalist in the jumping championchips as a 4, 5 and 6-year old. As a 7-year old he had victories in show jumping as well as achieving his first international placing. Casir Ask is an A-horse in show jumping and has in the 1997-98 season achieved 3 international victories, as well as a 1st place at DRF’s (Danish Riding Association) ranking list.
At the Hamburg Show Jumping Derby, Casir Ask received a place in the derby-qualification. At the CSI competition in Montechiari (Italy) Casir Ask won a class and placed in another. A week later he was 4th in Show jumping in Wien. In his material test Casir Ask had a total 2nd place and an excellent 1st place in show jumping.
From his first foal crop, there was a stallion selected to Herning. At the elite mare selection, the 3-year old mare Cassandra (sired by Casir Ask/Waldstern) won a Silver medal.
Casir Ask's dam is from the mare line 173, which is one of the most well known and prestigious mare lines in the Holstein breed within show jumping circles. Casir Ask's dam Birthe II, whose dam is U Capitola, who won S-classes in international show jumping. U Capitola is a sister of the stallion Capitol I. The great grand-dam, Folia is dam of the stallions Capitol I and II, Latus I and II and Cellebrio.
One aspect that make Casir Ask's breeding so interesting is the combination of Cor de la Bryere/Landgraf I, and the close relation with Capitol I. These three horses are among the top show jumping producers in Germany. In Casir Ask's family tree one can find worldrenowned stallions such as Rantzau xx, Furioso xx, Ladykiller xx, Anblick xx, Cottage Son xx, Manometer xx and Ramzez aa.
