Hoihoi

Na twee jaar wil ik toch echt meer te weten komen over mijn merrie,
Ik heb nu contact gezocht met de Engelse variant van het westfaler stamboek.

Maar Misschien is er iemand zo slim die me nu al verder kan helpen?

Ik zou graag foto's vinden van ubis, de vader van mijn paard,
Mijn merrie is een westfaler en heet Usambara.

Ubis: Even at his approval in Holland in 1982, Ubis was conspicuous by top scores in jumping. This special gift was promoted from early on. He won the stallion championship in the Netherlands. The required performance record was established through showjumping successes at national and international levels. As a young stallion Ubis was used for breeding purposes both in France and in the Netherlands, whereby he was known as "Moebus" in France. This period resulted in outstanding dressage horses and showjumpers which partially are also successful in Germany up to advanced class. His progeny are of modern type and reflect the excellent character and willingness to perform inherited by their sire.
Ubis (100 day test ERMELO 1982) Moebus (In France): Friendly, honest stallion, alert. Once warmed up the horse is very consistent in his performance. Good walk with lots of scope, very powerful, elastic and rhythmical. Good trot, loose and with good rhythm. Good carrying, powerful canter, with enough rhythm. Jumps good under saddle and has lots of ability and technique in Free Jumping. Dependable and safe over cross-country fences. In pulling in front of the sleigh, excellent walk, good pulling position, wants to work, he sees work as fun and light. Lots of potential for Dressage, Jumping or Cross-country career. Stable behavior, quiet.
