engels mondeling, goed?

heey iedereen

ik heb deze week SE week,
we moeten voor engels een mondeling houden, daarvoor heb ik gekozen voor het onderwerp mijn sport. dus ik houd het over paardrijden:D

dit hieronder is mijn mondeling:
kunnen jullie ff kijke of er fouten in zitten?

When I was 5 years old I started with horse riding, then I got my first pony, natacha

horse rinding is in our family, my father riding horse. And my grandfather and his brother have also driven.
My grandfather is even become 3 times European champion.
My father has won also much, such as the Dutch Championships

When I was 7 years old I want to drive competitions, so I got a new pony, alyda.
Natacha we have given to the riding school, because that wasn’t a competition pony
Then I got still a new pony, fura.
With alyda en fura I have won al lot. With fura I have won one time the championships and with alyda two times. With Alyda I have drive in Jumping indoor Maastricht
Then I became too great for them and so they are sold.
then I got a B-pony, named indiane jane a c pony, named Jessy and a D-pony, named Wold star. Jessy and jane were very good jumping pony’s. Wold star a good dressage pony. Wold star couldn’t jumping, so he was sold and I got Orchid, a jumping pony
with jane and jessy I won 2 times the championships and one the Dutch championships
Then they were sold all three.
Now I have 2 pony’s and 1 horse. The pony’s be called shutterfly and ombos ballerina and the horse Atlas, he is still young and just saddle-meek.
The pony’s are very good jumpers, and I win a lot with them.
I jump Z with them, that is very high round the 1.10m.
With Shutterfly I have become third on the championships in the M, then we could also to the Dutch Championships.
Last year I was selected for the talent plan, by the national coach. That was a very nice day. And I have learned their a lot.

I have every weak competition, so I train every day two horses. The games are always very nice, I have there a lot of friends
Now start the outside season again, maybe the last season by the pony’s. then I go to the horses
My dream is driving one time a European championship or more

1. Hier zou ik inplaats van want , went van maken.
2. We gave Natacha to a riding school, because it wasn't a competition pony.
Still hoeft er niet tussen.
Drive is Driven..
Great wordt Tall..
Jumping is in die zin jump.
And one time the dutch....
Be hoeft er niet tussen...
Saddle-meek.. is volgens mij Broken..
Round is Around in die zin..
Then we also could do the ...
I've got a lot of friends there.
Mine kan je mij van maken.

Nou dit was het wel z'n beetje , dit is ongeveer wat ik nog weet van het VMBO.
Typfouten zijn voorbehouden weet hoe je het zegt ,, alleen schrijfen weet ik niet meer.

Let op drive in de paardensport in het engels betekent mennen ride is het rijden zelf.

Dit kun je er voor gebruiken voor paardrijden : Ride, Ride horseback , horse riding.
Horseback riding is volgens mij een soort trektocht te paard . Tenminste daar denk ik dan heel snel aan

Het lijkt erop dat je een letterlijke vertaling van Nederlands naar Engels hebt gemaakt, including de zelfde woordvolgorde als in het Nederlands

Nog een stukje wat je veel noemt verleden tijd van rijden is bijvoorbeeld my father rode.
Rode is verleden tijd van riding.

Anders moet de ts op school nog eens navragen hoe dat zit met het woord 'paardrijden'.

Then I became too tall for both them and so they were sold.
then I got a B-pony, named indiane jane a c pony, named Jessy and a D-pony, named Wold star. Jessy and jane were very good jumping pony’s. Wold star a good dressage pony. Wold star wasnt good enough enough at the jumping competions, so he was sold and I got Orchid, a jumping pony

so hehe alles nagekeken en verbeterd.... even voor alle duidelijkheid je schrijft netjes horse riding maar toch heb je t telkens over driving....... let op je zins bouw die is in het engels heel anders als in het nederlands dus als je alles letterlijk vertaald klopt het gewoon niet sommige zinnen waren ook niet volledig of verkeerde woorden waren gebruikt

Het ligt eraan wat je wil zeggen, als je wilt zeggen:
- Mijn vader rijd ook paard, en doet doet hij nu nog steeds, dan wordt het: my father rides horses (as well)
- Mijn vader rijdt paard, sinds 19zoveel, en dat doet hij nu ook nog steeds, dan word het my father has been riding horses since 19zoveel

Alleen my father has been riding horses is volgens mij geen volledige zin...

Ik hoop dat het zo duidelijk is?

Engels uitleggen is niet mijn sterkste punt.

kan je 'all three' zeggen in het engels?
Ik zou eerder 'the three of them' zeggen eigenlijk,, maar vind dat zinnetje daar eigenlijk helemaal uit het niets gegrepen staan

when is then? why have they been sold?

wat ik in het vet gezet heb is volgens mij overbodig

simple present is naar mijn weten compleet onbepaald, hij doet het de dag van vandaag, over vroeger en de toekomst is niks maar dan ook niks bekend

nee als je vader nog steeds rijdt dan is het my father has been horse riding since he was a child of horse riding is something my father loves as well of my father is practicing horse riding aswel.

Verschil tussen 'doet aan paardrijden' en 'rijdt paard'?

anders zie ik eigenlijk het verschil niet tussen Lady M's uitleg en de jouwe

is allebei correct als je het mij vraagt hoor

mijn vader rijdt paard =
-my father rides horses (as well)
-my father practices horse riding (as well)

let wel op dat je overal dezelfde tijd gebruikt (heb ik niet meteen op gelet,, maar als je simple present gebruikt mag je niet gaan mixen met bijvoorbeeld simple past he (niet overschakelen van verhaal in het heden naar verhaal in het verleden) want dat kan je wel krijgen als iedereen losweg wat aanpast

Ok, best goed gedaan. Ik weet niet op welk niveau jij engels doet, maar let op he hoofdletters. Ook moet je op de tijdsbepaling letten. Je zet die vaak achter aan in de zin (de opbouw is dus anders dan die van Nederlandse zinnen). Ik zou (als je tijd heb) wat meet uitleg toevoegen aangezien dit niet te begrijpen is voor iemand die niet weet wat C ponies zijn ed. Je vertelt wat over je paarden/ponies maar in het Engles is het onderscheid tussen paarden en ponies veel kleiner. Hier zou is wat op letten. Veder kan ik niet zo heel veel zeggen (anders zou ik je hele stuk moeten herschrijven)

Maar super gedaan, geen erg grote fouten!

Ps. Both horse riding and horseback riding is correct, but one is used in the USA and the other in the UK:
I would use horsebackriding if i were you to avoid confusion.

Almost everybody in our familie are horsebackriding.

Of iets in die trand.. Ik denk niet dat die zin hierboven erg goed overkomt.. Je zegt met die zin: Paardrijden is in onze familie.

Als je nou uit alle opmerkingen van bokkers de leukste gebruikt komt het vast wel goed.

Vind overigens persoonlijk horseback riding beter dan de andere varianten.

Maar eh, met al dat gespring en gedresuur, men je dus niet, dus even dat driving verwijderen.
Mende je opa wel? Of reed die ook?

Maar in deze zin, zijn ze nu allemaal letterlijk aan het paardrijden.
(in de zin van: Bijna iedereen in onze familie is aan het paardrijden)
Of je moet er van maken: Almost everybody in our family are horseback riders
Of Almost everybody in our family was horsebackrider ( maar dan tel je diegenen die het nu doen weer niet mee)

Taal, zucht, blijft lastig. En was duidelijk niet mijn sterkste punt op school (Nederlands vond ik nog erger dan Engels).
