Ik weet dat 't niet geweldig is.. commentaar welcome dus.
War-child
* How would it be for them to live, live in a war like this? Shooting at the innocent, yet knowing it's amiss. Sounds so loud and cruel, they hear them everywhere. Seeing dead bodies all around, knowing it's not fair.
How would it be for them to grow, to grow up like a war-child? To live without any love, the warmth of a peacefull smile.. To don't know the meaning of happiness and joy. Knowing it is wrong, to have a gun as toy.
How would it be for them to live, live with a future so unsure? No place they can call 'home', nowhere to feel secure. So many people around them, but don't know who to trust. Not knowing what will come next, only that everything will be bust.
How would it be for them to know, to know it, when they can't keep strong? After all they've been through, to know their end has come.. And with the one last breath, that's going through their lungs, I hope that they will scream it out.. "This is not where a child belongs." *

Wauw.
Sommige zinnen lopen alleen wat minder zoals "only that everything will be bust" en de laatste zin.
