When I slowly open my eyes, it comes to me. The first thing I see, is a few branches above my head, but when I look closer, the stars appear above my head. I try to count them, but I have never seen so much stars in my entire life. At the same time I feel the grass along the skin of my arms, and the light breeze of the dark night surrounding me. When I get on my feet, I start walking into the direction of a dark path trough the trees. It's not all dark, a kind of silvery light comes shining onto the end of the path. I start walking faster, wanting to know where the strange light comes from. It can't be sunlight, because it's still too dark for the sun to come up. Finally I reach the end of the path, and walk up a little hill that appears in front of me. When I'm finally standing on the hill, my eyes are filled with the light of the moon, which is reflected by a beautiful layer of mist, floating above an endless lake. I have never seen anything as beautiful as this... I hear the sound of the wolves howling to the moon, a few miles away from here. At nighttime, the whole world comes alive. The birds fly above my head, the cold night air stings into my skin, and I feel like I am surrounded by power. Not the fake power the "leaders" of this world claim to have, but the real power of the nature that has created us all. I will bow to nothing but this. I take a last, thankful look at the skies above me, the trees around me, and fall asleep again. I do not feel haunted by the wolves, but I feel safe, because I know that everything but humans, will never try to hurt me without a reason.
