Citaat:
Some people think bad luck won’t happen to them, it always happens to someone else.
Truth is, misfortune sits at everyone’s front door and we get to decide every day if we’ll step over it and risk to stumble and fall or that we stay in and let it control our lives.
And when someone stumbled, people seem to think that they shouldn’t come outside anymore, somehow, fear starts to control them and they don’t want that person to step outside anymore. Do they simply worry, are they afraid to lose that person?
Or have they found a way to run from the fact that they too can stumble one day?
It isn’t fair to keep one inside because of your fear of losing them. People say that life is too short but when you’re waiting in the doorway for bad luck to come to you, it seems that life is a pretty long time after all. And what good would do it anyway?
When it’s meant to be to go wrong, it’ll go wrong anyway, wether you stay inside or you go out and have fun. The only difference is that when you stay inside, you don’t use the time you’re granted and when you have fun, you can say to every angel “I may be dead because of it but at least I know what living means”.
To live is more then simply breathing and keeping your body functioning, if that alone is “living” than by all means, why even bother?
