Gedicht?

Een tijdje geleden zag mensen reageren bij topics van paarden die overleden waren, en dan zetten ze een gedicht neer.
Ik geloof dat het iets was over wilde paarden., vrij rennen. in het engels.
WEet iemand dit gedicht?

Ik zou hem namelijk graag willen omdat ik mijn pony afgelopen dinsdag heb moeten laten inslapen

maar wel zielig voor je van je pony sterkte

Dat gedicht heet The rainbow bridge... ik heb het helaas niet, maar misschien helpt dat met zoeken
