Silversand Natural Horsemanship

Hoi iedereen

I decided to start learning myself and my horse using SNH rules. Anyone here who also works with horse like this?
I practise from not a very long time, so the results are not so big yet, but I can see some little improvements. I also think this is a good way to train at home by yourself, because the rules are quite clear.
What do you think about SNH? All opinions and comparisons with other schools are welcome

I am not familiar with SNH, do you have more information, or maybe a link to a website or a movie on youtube?

Silversand is a natural riding school from Australia and it becomes popular in Poland. Here is the website:

It is a programme that you can do at home - you get a DVD with Steve doing exercises with a young and already trained horse, and a book with exact description of each exercise.
You teach your horse to stop by turning his neck or to go back only from your sugestion (not using direct pressure).
I think it is quite easy to understand these exercises, and they are easy to do by yourself

I don't know why Steve started his own school, but I think it's better for me - because Steve made a programme that can be practised by yourself at home, and all rules are very clear

I can try to find out that, though.

jammer dat het engels is. Ik heb een serie van deze methode van 3 dvd's, nooit gezien want ook deze zijn engels.

lailapri, we have these DVDs translated to Polish, but I also watched it in English. Steve tries to speak clearly, so I understood a lot - but of course sometimes I had to look into the dictionary
