Whilst training for the @mongolderby yesterday I unfortunately took a tumble and am no longer able to participate. I am super lucky and the care has been extraordinary. 3 or 4 broken ribs and a punctured lung but hey - horse riding has never been the most predictable sport.
Please support @ahmed.alghurair and @sammchis as they race. I’ll be the wind in their sails
Enjoy every day as this wonderful life is very fragile and the unexpected always a possibility
It looks like I may be shipped to Singapore or Hong Kong for specialized medical care so I won’t even get to see the race.
Thank-you everyone who supported the National Breast Cancer Foundation and given us love and support for this adventure. I will be back ‘on the horse’ in no time
