Hello there,
how Grannah said, we have two diferrent worlds in the czech (I mean two different "worlds" of virtual stables. We found the second, the youngest world, playing in blog.cz server. We are older (I mean in time of we play this game), and even you don't foung us, lot of ours actually delete your photos. Unfortunately, lot of us have write a small quota, means We don't use any photos for comercials, only for a game. This photos use for imagination, how the "horse" looks like. So, I am one of the people, who stole one of your photos, and I am so sorry for that, do I delete it (I hope all of them). In Holland you have a beautifull horses, this is why we use your photos. I know, that the best was when we ask you for permission, isn't it? So, please don't be angry to us and let a lot of responsibles understanding for this game. I am a photography too, so I know how you feel, but again, I am so sorry I stole yours photos, I want to apologize and I hope you understanding me.

And the cause is maybe because I don't even have a camera. How can I took them?

Don't get me wrong, I am not angry to those who did not had a clue that it was wrong to steal the photos. Your reaction to this is very good: Delete the photos and apologize.
I get mad at those who think it is normal to steal other peoples photo's, and I guess you could imagine that

So thank you a lot for deleting the photos, and spread the word that it is not okay to use photos without the photographers permission!

You could email photographers if they have any pictures they would like to "give" or sell to you so that you can use them

If you ask the photgraphers, and you don't change the photo's, you will have a response and no problems. Horse games are no problem, they are great, but asking costs no money and saves people oping such a website a lot of trouble.
Maybe the site you are playing on could set an exemple for the rest

If someone wrote me don't tok them or get lost - I couldn't use their photos. When is someone ignoring me, then I ignore him/her.

I don't know, maby they did not feel like responding to you

Or they forgot, I have no idea because I am not one of the people you emailed

But it doesn't mean that you can take the pictures

So, just ask and if you don't get a response: Don't use the pictures

Marjoow: Ok. I pleasure for this. I am the "leader" of the second world, and I please all of the members to delete all of the photos of this site. I am not responsible of everybody do this, but still now, I watch in our website for the new photos (Is called "Do you know me?", which is a book, where we aks for the photos to not use for any other horses) and I stop tolerate ask yours photos.

So, even it is possible to ask some of the autor to have a permission, or now this is unnecessary?

Nechápu proč se zde rozdělují virtuální světu na blog a web. Myslím si, že jim je to opravdu jedno. Až na to, že my jsme je pochopily a na jejich žádost koně okamžitě smazali. Jedna z vás jim tu však vyčítá to, že nechcou aby jejich koně byli u nás někde v česku použiti na virtuální stáje. Mám dojem, že omluva a smazání fotek je na místě. Víc není co řešit. Né každý člověk má pochopení pro druhé

Jen jsme se hold nezeptaly, ani my, ani vy, proto to tu tak řeší a je to naše chyba. (tohle bylo spíše na Granahh)

I can't get the fact that you think it's okay to use someones pictures without getting responses from the owners.
Like, imagine you're going to someones stable to ask if you can take care of their horse, but they don't answer. You are not going to take the horses out of their stables then right? I know this isn't the best explanation but I hope you get what I mean. It might be quite confusing for both of us (the Dutch people and you and your friends), but I know how annoying it is when someone steals your photos.
I think when you guys just apologize (even though it wasn't your fault, I don't know, but 'your' players stole the photo's, say sorry for them you know), it's all right with the Dutch people. No need to worry, no need to cry.

Doanique: if that horse will me in bad condition, then yes, I took him away. But I don't think a horse abuse and virtual world is the same.

Granahh, I didn't mean abused and harmed horses, just regular horses in like an equestrian centre.
Like you came to me: 'Hey, may I brush your horses.' and I don't react on your question and you just take my horse with you. That's strange isn't it?

I'm at their request photos erased, and the owner of links that I know about it also asked. The owners of photographs are like and I'm willing to delete and gave the horse if there is a problem. It is important to bear the consequences for reckless behavior.

vevejunka: I don't deal with you there, if you say me anything, you may write me a private message (in czech). But, you are a leader of the "blog stables" and I am a leader of the "web stables", so if they write everyting to you, our world didn't have anything. You are not come and don't say us what's going on there, one of "us", who is in "your world" even in ours, must do they. This is what we said, we have two world.
