I read you like Frisian horses, I understand why. I don't now what breeds you are use to ride. Frisian horses are mostly calm, but the ones I know, aren't really calm. Maybe because they are mares
?You could consider other breeds, such as Dutch Warmbloods, Belgian Warmbloods, Groninger horses and maybe Gelderse horses. Although these horses may be very different to frisian horses, they can be just want you would like. But the best thing to do, is to visit horses you like, let a vet check the horses, and after that if you found the one, you can buy the horse ofcourse.
