Do you know daims? Those are candies that you can find in any Ikea store. Here's a rich cake recipe to use them for dessert.
How many servings? 12 to 16 people
How much time to prepare? 30 minutes + 1 hour 1/2 of cooling
Hw much time to cook or bake? 50 minutes
Ingredients:
* 125 grams of butter, soften
* 125 grams of brown sugar
* 125 grams of almond powder
* 1 soup spoon of flour
* 3 eggs
* 200 grams of baking milk chocolate
* 45 daims
Recipe:
Take the butter out of the fridge ahead of time so it is very soft.
In a mixing bowl, beat with a fork butter and almond powder until you get a whole fluffy mixture.
Add in the eggs and beat again.
Add the sugar and mix rapidly.
Pour the mixture in a greased and floured pan. Stick in the batter 13 daims.
Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Let it cool for 30 minutes after baking.
Break the 32 resting daims into pieces.
Melt the chocolate on low heat in a sauce pan with a soup spoon of water and a nut of butter, stirring constantly.
Off the stove, add in the chocolate the daims and stir.
Spread the mixture onto the cake and let it cool.
Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour and until serving. Cut small pieces, it's very rich!
