Problem Description: Actions are scheduled on all AMS-IX locations:
- The software from sw3.ams-ix.net (SARA), sw4.ams-ix.net (Nikhef), sw5.ams-ix.net (Telecity) and sw6.ams-ix.net (Global Switch) will be upgraded to a higher level. - A new Gigabit Ethernet module will be placed in the switch at SARA (sw3.ams-ix.net) - The software from rtr1.ams-ix.net (SARA) will be upgraded to a dual stack image - A new Ethernet module will be placed in rtr1.ams-ix.net - The connection between SARA and Nikhef will be upgraded from 2 Gbit/s to 4 gbit/s
Affected: Between 4:00 and 6:00 MET all members will loose their connection with the AMS-IX for a while.
Actions: Upgrade software, hardware and connection between SARA and Nikhef.
